Fahey and Tull Achieve Probation Sentence in Fraud Case in Eastern District of Virginia
On May 27, 2022, the Honorable Anthony J. Trenga sentenced the firm’s client to a term of probation in a multi-year fraud case. The Sentencing Guidelines had called for imprisonment, but Fahey and Tull persuaded the Court sentence the client to a probationary sentence.
